We are looking for an energetic, multi-tasking Support Team Manager to join our team in our offices in Gav-Yam Negev Park in Be'er-Sheva.
You are an energetic, multi-tasking worker. You bring new ideas to the table and striving to improve processes. You have Excellent communication skills, and You are good at building relationships. You are a team leader with Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.

  • Experience in website building field.
  • Availability to work during standard working hours and days in the U.S.
  • Sales motivation.
  • Fluent or Native English level.
  • Additional languages - an advantage.
  • knowledge of HTML and CSS - an advantage.
  • Significant people management experience - at least two years in managing support/sales team.
  • Significant experience working in a customer services environment.
In your management role, you will be responsible for all aspects such as:
  • Planning and maintaining our knowledge base (support center).
  • Supervising and managing all sales aspects.
  • Auditing the quality of the service, provided by the support team.
  • Conducting and managing requests/issues from customers.
  • Hiring and training new agents, and providing guidance to the team.
  • Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the job.
